Formed in July 2009, Ivy Rose is made up of Martina San Diego on lead vocals and rhythm guitar,
Sarah De Leon on lead guitar, Isabelle De Leon on drums, and Kristine De Leon on bass. What
inspired their music? Perhaps it was their attendance of the 2009 Vans Warped Tour…or,
just like the story that is continually told, a hummingbird flying by on a summer day
invoked the muse in all of them. Nonetheless, contributing each of their talents
and creative ingenuity, they establish a sweet rock sound that sometimes takes a
darker edge.
